Kristin Beck LMHC

Hello! I'm so glad you're here.

My therapeutic perspective is based on existential-phenomenological, holistic, and feminist concepts, guided by a strong anti-oppression lens and an emphasis on your lived experience.

What I bring to our sessions is a deep curiosity about who you are and how you move through the world. I provide a safe, supportive, and empowering space where, together, we can slow down and untangle those elements of life that challenge you. I bring relational awareness, somatic (connecting the mind & body/nervous system) skill building, a healthy respect for change, and a sense of humor to the therapeutic process. Some of the goals of our work together will include: managing stressors, breaking old patterns, setting healthy boundaries, and weathering the upsets of life through self-care, mindfulness, co-regulation, and self-compassion. We will identify your strengths and discover how to integrate your experiences, including your traumas, into a fuller, more confident, most authentic sense of self.

I work with adults, couples, families, and groups, with an emphasis on the following:
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Relationship stress
  • Sexuality
  • LGBTQ+
  • Parenting
  • Mindfulness
  • Coping skills
  • Families in conflict
  • Neurodiversity

Individuals: I work with adults aged 18+ who desire deeper, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. $150 per 50-minute session.

Couples & Pairs: Welcoming any two or more people seeking new ways to relate to each other—from significant others to friends, housemates, business partners and siblings. $175 per 50-minute session.

Parent Coaching: Attachment-informed, targeted help for struggling parents of children of all ages. $175 per 50-minute session.
