Trusting our love nature: Exploring the gifts of the
Four Chambered Heart

Trusting our love nature: Exploring the gifts of the Four Chambered Heart
Sunday, September 30th, 2018    10 am to 1 pm     $40

In this workshop, we'll explore Dr. Angeles Arrien's work on the Four Chambered Heart from her book, The Four Fold Way. Discussions will evolve around what it means to feel and function from a full, clear, strong, and open heart within the context of our daily lives as we navigate the rivers of change, challenge, surprise, and inspiration. Also, we'll call on Brene Brown's 'Anatomy of Trust' as a tool for tracking where we are or aren't in alignment with our love nature.
